Moving between platforms

What becomes what, and what is listed instead.

Moving between platforms — Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, an Exchange Server into Microsoft 365, or Zoho Mail and Google Workspace — means translating, not copying. MigrateX converts what has an equivalent, field by field, and writes down what doesn't — never silently drops it.

What becomes what

What is listed instead

  • Outlook rules and signatures; Gmail filters (no equivalent on the other side). Gmail signatures are kept as files for hand-out when the target is Microsoft 365 (Cutover tab).
  • Teams tabs and apps; Google-only calendar features (appointment schedules, working locations).
  • Sharing links — re-created by the people who need them, not guessed.
Verification works across platforms too.Every folder-turned-label is counted on both sides.
