Is there partner pricing?
Yes. MSPs and consultancies who migrate tenants for clients get 20–50% off every user license through the partner program (Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers earned by annual billing) and are listed in the partner directory. Apply at /partners/apply; approval usually takes two working days.
When is a license used?
When a person's first migration pass starts. Assessment, matching and excluding use none. Delta passes for an already-migrated person are free, forever.
What if a migration fails for someone?
Their license is already assigned to them; retries, verification and re-runs for that person cost nothing more.
Can I buy more mid-project?
Yes. Orders credit immediately by card, or on approval by invoice. Migrate in waves as licenses arrive if you prefer.
Do licenses expire or lapse between projects?
No. They pool at organization level and stay until used.
Do you charge for storage or bandwidth?
No. Nothing is stored — data streams from tenant to tenant — and there is no per-gigabyte fee.
