Is there a fee to join?
No. Silver pricing and the directory listing come with approval. You pay only for licenses, at your tier's discount.
How do tiers work?
Silver from approval, no commitment. Gold when your approved orders over the trailing twelve months reach the Gold threshold, Diamond at the Diamond threshold — both shown on the ladder above and on your dashboard. A tier applies to every order from the moment you reach it.
Who owns the projects and the data?
You create projects in your MigrateX organization and connect the client's tenants with their administrators' consent. MigrateX stores no client data; the client can revoke access in their tenant at any time.
Can the client see the project?
Invite them as a viewer on your team if you like — they see progress and reports, and can change nothing.
What does the directory show?
Company, tagline, specialties, regions, website and your description. You can unlist yourself at any time from the partner dashboard.
Can I mix partner and customer work?
Your tier's discount applies to every order in your partner organization. Keep client projects there; a separate customer organization is not needed.
What if my application is declined?
You keep the account at retail pricing and can reapply later with more detail about your migration work.
