These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MigrateX platform, operated by Zybosys Networks Limited, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use MigrateX only for lawful purposes. You must have the legal right and authorization to access and migrate data from the source environments to the destination environments you configure.

3. Payment and Licensing

Migration licenses must be purchased prior to executing a full migration. Licenses are non-transferable and are tied to the specific users or workspaces provisioned. Refunds are subject to our standard refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfect data fidelity, Zybosys Networks Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, downtime, or API limitations imposed by third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Zoho, etc.).
